Easy 5 stars for this eye care center! I had no idea my insurance even covered Target Optical, but I’m SO glad it does. I called in first, and a gentleman named Patrick answered. He had such great energy over the phone that I absolutely had to come in! Once I got to the office, I was greeted by Juan, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Both Patrick and Juan were amazing, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what they were talking about. Seriously, top tier customer service. And shoutout to Miss Debbie too….the whole team made the experience such a positive one. Kudos to all of them! EYE can definitely SEE myself coming here again 👓 😉 (lol). But seriously, hands down one of the best environments and experiences I’ve had. Patrick, Juan, and Miss Debbie all deserve raises. Great A-team!
