Target Optical

I had an absolutely amazing experience with the Target Optical in South Hills Village. I got the new Meta glasses and Heather went out of her way to train me and took the time to make sure I understood how to use everything, ensured the glasses fit well, and fully explained the protection plan. The crew that helped me buy them (Dan and Tracey) were great as well. The service + the fact I could use Target gift cards to cover what my insurance didn’t solidified that I will only be purchasing from Target Optical moving forward. I’m so happy I found them since I never knew they existed before researching the Ray Ban Metas.

STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE I have never received more genuine customer service than at the South Hills Village Target Optical! Everyone there was kind and attentive. Dr. Hartsock and the entire staff- Mr. Dan, Miss Tracey, and Miss Lisa- were friendly yet professional, efficient, and truly went above & beyond to address my specific needs. First class!!!

Dr. Heartsock was very thorough and explained my vision change in terms I could understand. The sales staff were not pushy and helped price out options.
