Ashley was incredible. She stayed late to help me and was hands down more helpful than anyone I’ve ever worked with when picking out glasses. She took the time to really help me find frames that fit my face properly instead of just rushing me through the process. She also went above and beyond with measurements for my lenses and bifocals, making sure everything was done right. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting it right for the customer. Best experience I’ve had buying glasses. Highly recommend.

I rarely leave a review but I was blown away with the professionalism, patience and kindness with the optical team. Was pleasantly greeted and welcomed by Tiffany. Dr. Jackson was by far one of the best vision doctors I have had and I highly recommend. The optician experience was a 10 out of 10. Brittany and Raquel had a office full of people and they were able to help everyone out in a timely manner. Brittany was very hands on and gave great suggestions. I was very indecisive and she was very patient with me and helped me pick out a pair of glasses that looked great. Brittany and Raquel were very knowledgeable and explained my insurance and measurements to me to where it was simple to understand. Highly recommend this location and team!!!

Brittany Thompson went above and beyond for me. She helped walk me through the rebate process and also, gave me the best possible deal on a new pair of glasses. Target optical is not to be slept on. Great experience and I am a life time customer now.

I want to give a kudos to Tawanda and Raquel! I’ve worked with Tawanda on several occasions and she has always been one to listen to my concerns, find ways to save me money, and provide all of my options regarding my purchases. I can say that Raquel also provided excellent service recently including my concerns, patience, as well as willingness to go through my options! There is a theme of greatness at this location and I just wanted to highlight Tawanda and Raquel for making my experience a pleasurable one each time I set foot in Target Optical!

I just wanna say first off I am SO glad I didn't order online like I usually do because my wife and I would have never met Raquel and the other lovely ladies here at this location! Get out and see people! Their service and hospitality was second to none and I actually had fun trying on different frames. On top of it all I walked out with 2 pairs I really enjoy, look great in and can see perfect out of! Thank you so much for all your help and making my experience top notch! 10/10 Highly Recommend
