They are NOT advanced enough for real serious problems please read. I have went 16 years almost in HELL. I’ve went to this eye doctor 3 times over the years and he would tell me the feelings I was having is NOT my eye’s. It got to the point I was stuck living and working with in a 5 mile distance. Because driving was so miserable. I went to specialists Trying to figure out why I felt like I was on a surfboard and my legs were going to come out from underneath me. I asked the eye doctor several times to check me for astigmatism. He said absolutely no stigmatism. I was nearsighted the glasses he gave me helped about 20%. After going thru this 16 years, I finally went to a different eye doctor. Come to find out I have a severe stigmatism and now with my new glasses, I can drive anywhere and everywhere without feeling like I’m going to pass out. I can walk across the parking lot now without holding onto something and closing my eyes. I understand that it’s cheap. And the people are nice there. But if you are having true problems, you need to see a better eye doctor. They are using old equipment from the 90s. I hope this helps someone because my life has been miserable forever till now!!

WILL NOT RETURN!! I have taken my daughter her for years. The woman at the front desk couldn’t find my daughter’s insurance information even though she had been coming there for eye exams for years! When I told her that I had to reschedule her eye exam and this was the new appointment date she rudely said “thanks for telling me” as if it’s my job to assist her with doing her job. During her eye exam I was told that she had pressure behind her eyes and that it was slightly elevated from her last visit. I was NEVER told about her having pressure behind her eyes during her last visit! The optometrist was rude and standoffish as if she wasn’t comfortable around black people. She also stated that she would check the pressure in my daughter’s eyes using another machine which didn’t happen. The staff here are rude and incompetent. I’m taking my daughter to another clinic to check the pressure in behind her eyes and if there are any issues related to me not being told by this clinic a year ago I will be contacting an attorney and seeing what can be done about there negligence!
I did not see the doctor here, but I did purchase glasses here. The prices were much better than other places, they had a good selection of nice frames in all price ranges, and they offer a 60 day exchange time frame if you aren't satisfied with the glasses. The staff members that I have interacted with on my multiple visits to choose and help adjust my glasses have been pleasant and helpful.
I received contact lenses through them. The contact lenses were no longer working for me. The contact lenses really dried my eyes out and I was getting really bad headaches . so i tried To return them. The staff in the vision center was very rude, dismissive and would not allow me to. The African male and the heavyset caucasian woman. They have a 90 day moneyback guarantee so I was able return them online though . I don’t know why they were so dismissive in store.they Did not want to help me at all.
Nick was AMAZING! I went to pick up my glasses and after walking around Walmart and getting to my car I was so upset. (Not about the glasses or service just them on me 😂) It's my first time having glasses, so new and uncomfortable with the change. I went right back in and Nick took the time without hesitation when I asked for help. I felt bad bc I was so indecisive and unsure, but the entire time he was paying attention to the likes and dislikes of each pair we tried and giving his honest opinion, feedback and great suggestions. Leaving there I felt relieved and uplifted with how at ease he made it feel. He didn't make me feel like a customer and just doing his job until clock out. He gave me genuine time and care. THANK YOU NICK!!! I won't be going anywhere else!
