Love this location! I originally went to this location as my Mom was looking for glasses and Alex helped her. My Mom asked her a billion questions and Alex was very patient, personable, never dismissive, and remained engaging. That impression left upon me sealed the deal of when I needed to get new glasses months later, I came back to this same location where Alex helped me. Alex was amazingly, did not disappoint and I got 2 pairs where she also leveraged applicable discounts for me in conjunction with my insurance coverage. Picking up my glasses Kierra was very helpful and personable. Then in returning to make another slight adjustment to my glasses the Team Lead Mark was awesome as well. 10/10 recommend this location!

Thank You 🙏, Kierra (Hope I spelled correctly) was very helpful with multiple times I went to Fer several pair of glasses, very professional, organized, got a pair of Oakley sunglasses and came defective and without hesitation ordered new pair, and 2nd time came correctly. Then due to great customer service ordered Oakley metas and came back perfect!! If you want the great customer service, ask for Kiera!!

Kierra was so patient with me and sweet the whole time. I sometimes feel like I'm half blind, lol. She made me feel special with my glasses and it was noticed.

I came in looking for a glass repair kit and Mark offered to repair my glasses free of charge! Such a kind man. Got my glasses repaired in less than 5 minutes!!
