Brittney was absolutely amazing she made the entire process so easy from start to finish I am so happy we found this place and will continue to come here because of the service we received!! Brittney was hands down the best representative we have spoken with ever and I am so grateful for her!! I had a really great experience last week with Brittany and Danee!! They are both extremely friendly, helpful, and professional! I truly felt like through the exam, which was my first I’ve ever had as an adult, Brittany really made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about what was being tested! The process was simple and easy! Had a friendly attitude while helping me pick out frame and was extremely thoughtful and understanding of my personal situation when going into the store! These two specific associates are called! Thank you so much for making my experience wonderful!

Danee at Target Optical was absolutely amazing helping me pick out my prescription sunglasses! She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Danee took the time to help me find frames that looked great and worked well with my prescription. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you go to Target Optical in Harker heights , definitely ask for Danee — she made the experience wonderful!

Mrs. Brittney as the tech explained to me in detail what needed to do and Mrs. Danee is very professional, kind, and caring with customers. She went above and beyond my expectations while helping me get my glasses. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Wow, I cannot thank Mrs. Danee and her awesome team (Britney and Latonya) for such an incredible experience. I must say I was very skeptical at first doing an eye exam virtual, but the whole experience was professional and accurate. The doctor was talented and my prescription was spot on. If you have reservations or concerns about this process, put them to rest. My wife and I cannot say enough good about this clinic inside HH Target. If only they could get 20 stars. Have a blessed day.
