I had such a great experience at Target Optical, thanks to Helen! When I first came in, I told her that my very first pair of glasses was just a basic frame that I picked without putting much thought into it. After wearing them, I felt they made me look older than I am, and I wanted to find something that fit my personality and looked more flattering. Helen was absolutely amazing. She didn’t just point me toward a display and leave me to figure it out—she walked around the entire store, personally selecting different frames for me to try on. She was incredibly patient, honest, and encouraging throughout the whole process. We kept trying different styles until we found the perfect pair, and the moment I looked in the mirror, I couldn’t stop smiling. You can tell Helen genuinely enjoys helping people and has a great eye for what looks good. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the time and effort she put into helping me find frames that made me feel confident. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Thank you, Helen, for making what could have been an overwhelming experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend Target Optical, and if you get the chance to work with Helen, you’re in great hands!
