Target Optical

I had an excellent experience at Target Optical in Portland, Texas. Cassie was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to answer my questions, make sure I understood my options, and ensure everything went smoothly. It's rare to find customer service this good, and Cassie truly made the experience enjoyable. If you're looking for eye care or new glasses, I highly recommend Target Optical. Yvette was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient while assisting me with purchasing a new eyeglass frame. She took the time to make sure I found the right option and made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. I would also like to thank her manager, Cassie, for allowing me to purchase the in-store frame. Their understanding and willingness to help meant a lot, especially when dealing with limited vision. I like to recognize Analis for going above and beyond to assure my grandson was taken care of and took the time to explain everything we asked and also gave us some great information we needed. She even came back early from her break to make sure we were taken care of. I would recommend this optical for anybody needing to get some glasses for her exceptional service and knowledge she provided. I wish there were more workers like her around instead of workers at places that are just there for a paycheck. We ended up leaving with meta raybans and another pair of raybans.

I just left the Optical in Target and was helped by Cassie! She was able to fix, adjust, and EVEN cleaned my glasses although I didn’t get them from there. During her service, she informed me of the promotions and discounts they are offering and even let me know she takes my insurance. I will definitely be coming back because of this! I had a great experience at this optical location. Melissa was incredibly helpful and able to answer all of my questions clearly and patiently. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. The new management is amazing as well — the whole place feels more organized, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!
