Got a eye exam at Costal Vision Care, my first one ever I'm 65 and very professional. Patty helped me pick frames and did everything else. Verna runs a very professional, attentive and friendly staff. Their main goal is to make the customer happy. I'm very happy and Walmart is everywhere in America.
UPDATE: Go buy your prescription glasses somewhere else! After reworking my glasses the PRESCRIPTION IS WRONG!!!! I can't read with them! 300.00 lesson learned! Worst experience ever! I asked for things in writing. A manager from another store said "we don't do that". I can see why. One thing is said and another happens. I will NEVER go back. Verna is nice...more than I can say for the other 2 that works there. ********************************* I broke the nose piece off my frames and I was looking for a replacement. I was immediately greeted by the manager Verna Wells. I have never been more pleased with how everything went. She was friendly, knowledgeable and she found frames to fit my lenses and I had a new set of frames. Thank you Verna for getting me going again!
Really happy with the service. Verna was very helpful in selecting the frame and lens type best for my needs and price range. She really knows her stuff. Absolutely recommend her.
Miss Verna was super helpful and kind. She made sure my son had plenty of options and even went the extra mile in making sure he got what he wanted and needed. Very grateful and going to them whenever we have an issue with eye wear.
I've gotten my glasses here for the past few years and they are helpful each time. My recent visit I needed my glasses adjusted since they were at an angle and I messed them up more trying to fix it myself. Patricia was the one who helped me and was very nice and helpful
