Walmart Vision Center

I called ahead and she was more than willing to help me. I came in and she said she would try to help me repair my daughter’s glasses that needed to be bent back and a screw added and she did. Thank goodness she was absolutely amazing

I felt fully satisfied, heard, not rushed and felt confident I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed. Vision center was extremely professional Ms. Volz was so outstanding and helpful to my mom and myself. Walmart she is an extreme asset to you. I can only pray she is appreciated. Coming here for life!

Velina Volz , at Rockport Vision Center is amazing. I purchased my glasses a couple of years ago. I had a fall at work . My glass were damaged. I thought I'd have to replace. Velina worked on them was able to repair for me. She's such an asset to the vision center. I can't say enough great things about her. So thankful she there.

Absolutely great customer service!!!! The staff was fantastic. Im from KC and new to Rockport TX. They fixed my glasses with no charge!!!!

Velina (optician) is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I was having issues with my left eye smudging the eye glass and it felt uncomfortable with my eye lashes grazing it intermittently. Velina was able to detect the problem and promptly correct it. She is awesome!
