Jimmy was amazing! So helpful and quickly responded and resolved my issue. Expertly fixed my glasses and I was on my way in no time. I will definitely be back!

Extremely poor customer service over the phone. The female associate I spoke to was dismissive, provided inaccurate information, and seemed completely uninterested in answering simple questions. It felt like an inconvenience just asking for basic help. Professionalism is important to me, so I won't be returning and will make sure my family and friends know to look elsewhere.
