I thoroughly enjoy coming here. The customer service is 10/10. I was very nervous about getting contacts but they did not disappoint. This is the second time I have come here to purchase glasses. It is a bit pricey but the quality, service and warranty offers is 10/10. I no longer live in the area but I still choose to get glasses here whenever I am in town. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Alani, Jackie and Sherrween, ODs, and everyone else. You all are amazing. Thank you so much for all your hard work. It does not go unnoticed. Quick and easy visit. Very to the point and made sure i understood. Environment was also very welcoming. Jessica was very lively and a major help with choosing the best glasses for me

First time ordering glasses from Target and I don’t think I will ever go back to another place. Sherween was so helpful and kind! We need more people like her in customer service. My new lenses are progressive and she walked me through how to properly look through them and in short told me to give my brain time to adjust. Very happy!

Staff was awesome, we were in and out of the store in less than an hour. However, two weeks later I’m still waiting for the order to arrived and no idea where is it being shipped from or how long would it take. I have called twice and they’re so nice at the store that I can’t get mad, but nice is not enough when delivery is delayed. Now I remember the reason I stopped going to Target Optical a few years back.
