I had a great experience during my eye exam. As always, the entire process was thorough, professional, and efficient. Dr. Ami is an outstanding optometrist who is truly excellent at what she does. She always gets my contact lens prescription just right - ensuring great vision and comfort. Her friendly and caring personality makes every visit a pleasant experience. Jordan was especially helpful from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain my insurance benefits, answered all of my questions, and even repaired my glasses. He and Tori are always super friendly and are excellent at their jobs. I highly recommend Target Optical - San Carlos, Fort Myers, to anyone looking for quality eye care and a team that truly cares about their patients.

I received a new pair of glasses in the mail from Iowa Optometrist and were not purchased from Target. They needed adjustments made and I stopped at Target by our house and asked Alina Hernandez,LDO if she could adjust them even though I didn’t purchase from Target. She was more than happy to do so and made sure they fit appropriately. Kudos to Alina and Target! I would highly recommend checking with them for your optometric needs.

The San Carlos office of Target Optical in the BEST! I have been going for years and considered changing to Costco but changed my mind because of the excellent service, including a call back from Tori ! She managed to squeeze me in the same day I called. I had a lovely Dr. who explained everything to me and long story short I am getting my new glasses in two weeks !! I only considered changing because I thought it might be cheaper and that San Carlos store is so busy ! You get what you pay for and SERVICE makes all the difference! My experience was absolutely amazing from the moment I made an appointment to the moment I picked up glasses. Alina Hernandez, was so sweet and so kind to share her knowledge in eye care and eye health based off of my concerns I had for my new prescription. Victoria Martin, she was a delight and so honest in all the best ways! She helped me pick out such cute frames that really enhance my face features. Overall, these ladies were a joy and I can’t wait to come back next year for another appointment!

Tori, Alena, Jordan and Dr.Ami are top notch! They are highly focused on service and helping you! They have alot of expertise, making the whole process of getting new glasses more reassuring and comfortable!
