Had a fabulous experience here. I had a pair of $700 chanel sunglasses that someone sat on like a week after I got them and they were completely crooked and unwearable. Chanel wouldnt do anything and neither would the manufacturer brand (ridiculous), but I came here on a hailmary and Uma and Shareef helped me right away were extremely pleasant and warm, fixed my sunglasses and didnt even charge me. I was in and out in 5 minutes and able to wear my sunglasses I spent so much money on that I thought were ruined for good. Thank you both!

Sherif was very friendly and nice. He explained how my insurance worked and helped me understand the new lenses that I was getting. Dr. Stern was also great. She helped me understand how my vision has changed. Target also has a selection of affordable frames which is a definite plus.

Great experience! Everyone on the staff was friendly and welcome. Sherif was awesome, super nice, and went out of his way to help. Dr. Stern was great too. As a first-time progressive lens wearer, she took the time to explain what to expect and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them.

We used the Levittown location for the first time today and we will be back. The doctor was patient and thorough, ensuring that my daughter understood what was being shared and taking the time to answer any questions. Front staff was wonderful and assisted with such patience when there was an insurance issue. They actually adjusted my daughter’s current worn frames to assist with comfort while we wait for her new glasses to come in. I will recommend this location to others!

Sherif was amazing. So I didnt intend on buying glasses today but I walked by heard his gentil tone. Saw a few nice brands and I walked out with 2 pairs of glasses. Really happy. The Dr there was great too. Both experienced and respectful.
