I visited Target Optical and I want to say I had such an amazing experience. I went there to find some glasses because I misplaced my previous pair. Soon as I walked in I was greeted but the part that really was the best was the service. I was helped by Shirley and this woman deserves a raise because she was not only friendly and helpful she helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that I absolutely love. I love them so much that I actually ended up ordering a second pair in a different color. I just want to say that customer service is everything to me. To have somebody like Shirley demonstrate that in a time where you don't get great customer service too often everywhere was refreshing. I highly recommend this place if you need your eye exam or if you need glasses. Consider Target Optical because they have an amazing team there.

I have been getting my prescription glasses from Target Optical for the past four years, and every single visit has been exceptional thanks to Natalie, the store manager. Natalie consistently wows me with her warmth, genuine care, and outstanding customer service. When she is helping me, she makes me feel as though I am the only person in the store. I visited this location at the end of last year and had an excellent experience. I purchased two pairs of shades, and the turnaround time was quick. The selection on site was limted, but the options available were pretty good. Dr. Brian Tribunella was AWESOME! After seeing my previous optometrist for 20+ years, I wasn't sure I'd find anyone as good as her after she retired. But Dr. Tribunella is the first optometrist I’ve found since that I’d gladly return to regularly. I highly recommend him! Oh and the staff was pretty nice and professional as well.

I had such a great experience thanks to Shirley! I originally came in just looking for contacts, but she took the time to really help me find what worked best for me. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Not only did she help me pick out the perfect contacts, but she also guided me through choosing two pairs of glasses that I absolutely love. On top of that, she made sure I got a really good deal, which I truly appreciated. Shirley went above and beyond, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Do you need your glasses adjusted? Shirley is the absolute best at this in all of Tampa. Trust me, I know. I have bought glasses many places and have had my glasses adjusted by many people. I am picky. If the fit is off by a millimeter, I am not happy. Shirley is a magician – she will make your glasses fit even if what you bring her looks like a pretzel. The rest of the folks are great too. Nice selection of frames (especially if you like RayBan). They have the cool Meta glasses too. Good service all around. Reasonable prices. And, most importantly, you have a magician ensuring that your glasses fit 100% exactly right, no matter their starting condition.
