My eye exam was an excellent experience from the moment I scheduled my appointment. The waiting time was minimal, and the entire team was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me select the perfect frame for my new glasses. Dr. Stephane Fitoussi performed a very thorough eye and retinal examination. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process, and it was clear that he provided a highly professional and detailed evaluation. I truly appreciated his expertise and attention to detail. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding eye care and exceptional customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience from start to finish. There was virtually no wait time, and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided expert advice regarding my eye health and treatment options. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an experienced and caring eye doctor.

Initial visit was good. However when I went to pick up my contacts. There was a tall skinny employee which didn’t speak English be extremely rude. Extremely bad customer service.

Typically do not write reviews, but the male doctor was pretty rude on two separate visions to both me and my girlfriend, as we have both done eye exams here. Everything would be going well, but as soon as we want to go back and make sure the different frames he gave us were better/or worse, he would begin to belittle me/her, and it would completely ruin our mood for the rest of the visit. I did my session a few months back, and when he made a rude comment I just shrugged it off though it soured our mood, but coming back to feel that same sour mood from the same doctor with different condescending comments made me feel inclined to write a review in this.

i had just received new glasses online and needed to get them adjusted and i walked into the clinic asking for help. claudia was so helpful and helped me adjust the glasses and explained how to do it on my own as well! they fit perfectly now and she helped clean them as well! thank you so much claudia!
