Target Optical

Had an amazing experience at Target Optical! Tony, the store manager, went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress free. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The doctor was also amazing very thorough, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable during the exam. The entire staff was welcoming and efficient. Easily one of the best eye care experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

The staff at Target Optical is very welcoming. I popped in for a routine eye exam without much waiting. While I was seeing the doctor, Kendra was already picking out glasses for me to try on. That made the process so much easier, and faster. She knew my style and nailed every choice! I am very happy with my visit here and with all the staff, especially Kendra.

After being a customer for many years, I am not sure I will be going back. I was very satisfied with the doctor but the customer service is now definitely lacking. There seems to not be any urgency of getting glasses back out to customers. I called multiple times and was even told once 2 boxes had been sitting around for two days and would not be checked until the following day. I called again today and my glasses were in and checked but not logged. When I went in to get them it was very casual. Like they didn't check that I could read with my new prescription and didn't want to check my fitting. I was just handed the glasses and I walked out. Definitely a feeling of you already paid, we got your money, here you go. Very poor experience.

They were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. They took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me choose the best options for my needs, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Their kindness and attention to detail made such a difference. Highly recommend this amazing team!

Target Optical and Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with. The experience overall was quick and enjoyable. Good selection of eyewear and the optometrist was professional yet personable also. Would gladly recommend to friends and family.
