My wife and I had a great time picking out some frames & lenses. Johnny and Yamy were very helpful, took their time to explain our insurance plan, and were very nice the whole time. Would definitely recommend for others to stop by and I would come back again!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Zhi Hao Huang. He was incredibly thorough, professional, approachable, and kind throughout my entire eye exam. Honestly the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my care. You can truly tell how passionate he is about his profession and how much he enjoys what he does. I believe I was one of the last appointments of the day, and Dr. Zhi Hao Huang and the rest of the staff were still so patient, kind, and welcoming, which I really appreciated. I’m terrible with names and unfortunately can’t remember the names of the other team members who helped me, but everyone was wonderful. The sales associate who helped me with my glasses was really friendly and funny. Also very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with him. I usually dread working with sales associates because past experiences at other places have felt pushy and uncomfortable, but he was the complete opposite and made the process easy and enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!

Office assistant is beyond rude, spoke to someone in person and stated they would take my daughter who is just shy of 6 as long as she knows the alphabet and can speak and respond clearly (she reads on a second grade level) calls me 30 minutes before appt saying no I tell her I was told differently she continues to talk condescending and asks about insurance I tell her what insurance she has she says we don’t even accept that I say I could’ve paid out of pocket she says $129?! As if I couldn’t afford it. Rude unprofessional will definitely take my business elsewhere, if you don’t want patients just say that and don’t allow booking online

I had the most wonderful experience with everyone on staff at this location!!! I'm grateful for their excellent customer service, professionalism, and compassion. Such a wonderful group of people and I will never go anywhere else for glasses ever again. I've had some terrible experiences at other locations which makes me appreciate these folks even more. Thank you so much providing such wonderful care ❤️

This was the best eye experience I had at a eye appointment. He took the time to explain a few issues I was having and corrected my prescription that eyeglass world had given me. Definitely will continue coming here over any other place I’ve been.
