Target Optical #A700

I had a positive experience ordering my Oakley glasses from Target Optical. My glasses were ready in less than one week, which is record fast, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. The store manager and all employees were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. When I came in to pick up my glasses, the associate working that evening was very friendly and attentive — even though she was clearly busy helping two other customers at the same time. She handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude. The only suggestion I have is staffing in the evenings. It seems like there is usually just one person working, and having two associates available would make the experience even smoother and faster during busy times. Overall, excellent service and a very positive experience.

The eye exam went smoothly. The technician Jaiden did a very good and detailed job! Janiie, Joey, and Elise were very kind and helped me select and buy the glasses. The glasses arrived in a week and are working perfectly. Highly recommend this clinic

Been using target optical for the past few years as my vision started getting worse. Each time I’ve gone to a location, the employees are great. This time was my first time at the Glendale location and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Janiie, the person who helped me, did an absolutely phenomenal job assisting me, recommending looks and add-ons with me…all while she was training a new employee!! It’s safe to say you’re in amazing hands here at this location, even if you know nothing going in. I felt comfy, not pressured on time as it takes me forever to decide something like new glasses!

I wasn't going to leave a review but got your pestering text and email. OD and OS was switched on prescription. Brought back glasses to get it switched. Was given an eye exam appointment without contacting me by text and email. The time and date appointment wouldn't work for me. Tried to reschedule through links but it wouldn't let me. Finally worked, rescheduled only for only a couple hours later. Got to store for appointment, I was told I didn't have to go for the appointment that was given me. Took a day off work for nothing. Wasted my time.

Isabella was very helpful in assisting me to select new frames. Janine was friendly and caring when I picked up my glasses. Both made me feel valued as a customer.
