Jesny was incredibly helpful. She assisted me with my glasses and answered all my insurance-related questions. I’ll definitely be returning to this store to get frames because of the exceptional customer service.

I’m really glad that other people hold Target Optical in such high regard - unfortunately, though, that does not reflect my experience at all. The person helping was nice enough, but she treated my vision insurance like it was a discount card ($150 off), instead of really working with my plan to get the best deal. A pair of glasses would have cost $750 (!) with all of the redundant add ons like the blue light filter and everything else. But with my “discount” and other maneuvering, she was able to get it down to $450. It was outrageous, and I knew right away that the priority was making the sale. I have no idea if they work on commission, but I sure got that impression. I wound up going online and getting the same brand of glasses, with the same features, for $109 after tax. Why? Because the website applied all of the benefits of my insurance. Even the contact lenses were $7 cheaper, and that was with Target’s “40% bundle” discount. I’m not a fan.
Dr. Kristin and Youset provided phenomenal service! I have found my eye place in Leander, TX. And the young lady pricing out my contacts, and eyeglasses did an exceptional job as well.
It was our first time at the target opticals and we have a very complicated vision insurance. Cari was able to figure all the details out for us and was extremely patient and informative. She gave us all the time we needed. Thanks to her we were able to fully utilize our insurance and walked out with a great pair of frames.
Cecilia Nino was so awesome. Very thorough and patient with both myself and my husband. Great service. 👏
