Had an awful experience with Liz today. She was very unprofessional, interrupted me while I was speaking and trying to explain the problem to her. She was very defensive and very mouthy. She lacked communication and was blaming me for her lack of communication. She said to me that she assumed I knew. Is that how you treat a loyal customer? I will never buy glasses again from this location. I hope the company she works for will think twice of her competence.

Liz & Rayne took excellent care of me at my appointment! They were so down-to-earth and eager to help me find the right frames that help enhance my facial features and skin tone. Dr. Andrew Moore is professional, personable, approachable, quick, and is a wealth of knowledge. This experience was so easy- it truly exceeded my expectations. Would recommend.
I was at the optical center on the 18th after being in a car accident a couple of days prior. In the process, I lost my glasses and needed to get a new pair immediately. I tried to get contacts at first but it was a challenge for the doctor to put them in, and I wasn’t able to get them out when the assistant was working with me. I was obviously stressed and uncomfortable with the contacts, but the assistant kept trying to make me get them out, for one. I had to insist on the doctor help me get them out. Afterwards, I was trying to order the glasses and was advised they are two weeks out. I couldn’t do that since I cannot drive or anything without glasses. Nicely, I told the assistant that I got glasses at a different target optical the same day at a different location before and in the middle of asking if he could help me find a location, he got incredibly defensive and argumentative with me. I even had someone on the phone with me who was surprised by his response towards me. I even had to ask the gentleman “why are you even arguing with me? I was just asking?” It got way overblown and I finally had the doctor take out the contacts. I was in tears because of how I was treated!! Today I call in and ask for a copy of when my last prescription expired so I could send it in for an insurance claim. The girl on the phone didn’t listen to what I was asking for to begin with. She thought I needed my new prescription. Anyway, I wait a few hours for an email and checked my spam, and I didn’t receive anything. I called back to ask about it and clarified with her that I needed the old prescription and she was telling me I needed to contact an entirely different company. In addition, she told me that they were experiencing technical issues which is why I didn’t get the email. I Apologize, but because she didn’t originally understand my original request I still wasn’t sure if she was getting me in the right direction. She got angry with me and told me I have been harassing them which is totally untrue. I think that’s totally unfair to be labeled as “harassing” and also be refused help for medical information because of the incident last week. I was able to get another gal on the phone from boulder and she helped me wonderfully and it is greatly appreciated. The experience here has been absolutely abysmal, and if a district store manager could reach out to me on this I would appreciate it.
Andrew is a consummate professional (a rare and valuable expert) in consumer vision correction. He provides the established high tier in convenience and accuracy for diagnostic and prescription services, but he is also unusually advanced in his understanding of the theoretical/scientific basis for his professional field, and uniquely adept at articulating the practical elements to the satisfaction of his patients. Liz conducted my purchase, and she was perfectly informed and (again, unfortunately) exceptionally competent in coordinating with my insurance to ensure my purchase yielded the greatest possible quality of product for my needs at the lowest possibly cost. Big ups to both Andrew and Liz!
One of the nose pads fell off on my sunglasses. Mike & Liz were working, they were both really friendly. Mike said he needed to see if they had the right pads but would take a look. A few minutes later he came back with my sunglasses fixed and even cleaned them for me. I really appreciated his willingness to help!
