I cannot say enough wonderful things about Temiko at Target Optical. About 10 days ago, I came in with my dad just as the store was getting ready to close. Instead of rushing us or asking us to come back another day, Temiko stayed late and went above and beyond to make sure my dad found the right frames and received the care he needed. She even patiently worked through issues with our insurance when it wasn’t processing correctly, never making us feel like we were inconveniencing her. Her kindness, patience, and dedication left such a lasting impression that I came back to purchase my own glasses from her. Once again, she was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and even discovered that I had insurance benefits for my glasses that I didn’t even know I had—saving me money in the process. Exceptional customer service like Temiko’s is rare. She genuinely cares about her customers and treats them with kindness, respect, and patience. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into a wonderful one, and because of how she treated my dad, she earned my business as well.
