I had an excellent experience at the Leominster office. The staff, Susan and Luis were friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. Susan was incredibly knowledgeable when I needed to pick out a frame. She literally pulled 3 pairs of the shelf that complemented by face perfectly. Wanting a frame that different than what I had seemed effortless to her. I am incredibly grateful to Susan for her expertise. Aside from her knowledge, she is super kind, personable and vey funny! My husband and I stayed longer than our appointment to share stories of our personal life! I highly recommend you make your next appointment with Dr Le and her staff. Thank you all for making us feel so welcome!

Brought in my acetate Maison Margiela sunglasses because they were too wide and needed to be tightened. The team at Target Optical did an amazing job. They carefully adjusted the frames to fit perfectly without any damage. The staff was professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The adjustment was quick and made a huge difference—my sunglasses actually stay on now instead of sliding around. Really impressed with the quality of work and how they handled my expensive frames. Definitely recommend Target Optical for any frame adjustments. Great service!

Dr. Thuy Q. Le did an excellent job of explaining everything to me. Friendly & professional. I would recommend her. The staff was very helpful & knowledgable. Only issue is wondering why I did not get the eye glass case that came with the glasses. One would expect to get the Armani case with the glasses. Instead I got a different brand case that was used (scuffed and lint inside the case), didn’t realize until i got home and opened the bag. Go for for Dr. Le, not the glasses.

I had a very thorough exam and fitting for eye glasses. All my questions were answered. Dr. Le gave clear and helpful answers to my questions, as well as explaining each step of the exam. The opticians are friendly and dedicated. I tried a different place last year because it was closer, but went back to Target Optical and Dr. Le because it is worth going out of my way to see better.

I love that they helped us with my 2 year old son glasses. They fixed it, and now works good.
