Had a very good appointment today at Target optical. Javier and Jeff were great. The optometrist was awesome. Had a great experience. Appointment was on Friday. My glasses came in on Monday. I will go back again
Great staff from the front-end crew to Dr. Trpenovski's expert eye exam. I've been coming to this location for a few years now and have had nothing but pleasurable experiences. Jeff and Chris are awesome. I can't tell you how many times I've shown up with a Ray-Ban frame screw that went missing, and they never hesitate to serve in a jiffy and with a smile.
Christopher was courteous, professional and greeted me with a smile. I asked to have my glasses fixed and he did so promptly and perfectly. He handed them back to me in a case which I so needed. He gave me his business card which I am sure to use the next time I need a fix or new glasses. Christopher is an asset to your company. I will spread the word about his A+ service.
I truly had the best experience. I'm no stranger to eye exams but I came in specifically to discuss progressive lens. Truth be told I was quite nervous about the process because I'd heard horror stories of people's lens measurements being incorrect therefore causing further vision issues. Dr. Trpenovski was absolutely fabulous and put me at ease with all of my concerns about the rather sudden decline in vision. Christopher was also amazing. He took his time walking me through the process and asking all the questions. I feel super confident that I'm going to have a fantastic pair of glasses that will allow me to see everything without the constant switching!
They really took the time to help me find a pair that fit me best! I was attended by a gentleman named Christopher, who was very kind and patient with me! Very great experience at Target Optical. I am in love with my glasses!
