Dr. Joson and staff are caring and efficient. He took care of my mom after her cataract surgery for decades and now he's taking care of me. Parking is easy and the remodeled office beautiful. My mom at 97 wishes you and your family well. Thanks so much!!!

Nice office on the inside. I was seen by a student. She was nice but not my Dr. Did not leave me a message to pick up my glasses. Took two portal messages and one voicemail to get status 30 days later that they’re ready. No clear history’s on who called and if they left a VM. Glasses ordered 2/4 ready 2/11. I’m picking them up 3/14. Something is wrong there.
Absolutely a great place. Receptionists, Kattie and Jasmin are friendly and professional. The tech, Jerico, was professional but had a great personality. Dr. Berke was thorough, not in a hurry, and did the best exam ever so glad we found this office.
I found the lack of professionalism here unacceptable. The billing representative, Rana, was dismissive and rude with so much anger when explaining my father's deductible, which fell far below the standard of care patients deserve. Furthermore, the clinical visit was underwhelming for a specialist; no extensive testing or no optos even were performed, and the recommendation—simply stopping an eye vitamin—could have been handled by an optometrist. For a specialist’s deductible, I expected a much more thorough evaluation and basic professional courtesy.
Since the acquisition by Tayani Institute, the Super Vision Center has been nothing short of disappointing. I've been a client as early as 2015 and have witnessed the decline of their excellent service. Dr. Figueroa, although kind and personable, lacks the thoroughness I've come to expect from the Vision Center and my original doctor, Dr. Berke. Unfortunately, he's only there Friday and Saturday now. As a result, booking an appointment with him is harder to do, especially if you have a busy schedule. My previous (and final) appointment with them has been the most frustrating and time consuming experiences. With their acquisition came along a new staff. They are clearly inexperienced and new to the industry. That isn't so much of a problem, but it certainly contributes to their inefficiency and lack of accuracy. This resulted in 2 re-checks and several visits to the location. I had been expecting a phone call since last Friday to have my new lenses installed. Since nobody would pick up the phone at the front desk, I decided to walk in. There I was informed that the incorrect lenses were ordered and I'd have to come in at a later time again. The gentleman who cuts the lenses in house is rude. After having new lenses installed, my frames were handed back splattered in a dry, powdery-yellow residue. When I mentioned this to him, he insisted that I brought them in that condition, claiming that they were damaged. I then took it upon myself to clean them properly since he clearly didn't care for the quality of his workmanship. I've since pulled my file and will take my eye care elsewhere. Save yourself some time and headaches. It's a challenge to call their front desk. Strangely, calling their number connects you to an office in Laguna Niguel. I was denied their direct line when requested.
