I’ve been a patient at Tech Ridge Vision for several years, and I have consistently had such a wonderful experience. Everyone there is incredibly friendly, patient, understanding, and genuinely willing to help. From my eye exams to choosing glasses and everything in between, I’ve always felt well taken care of and never rushed. It’s rare to find a place where you can count on great service year after year, but that has absolutely been my experience with Tech Ridge Vision. They truly care about their patients, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great eye care team!

UPDATED: My sentiments towards my situation are still true for me, but thank you to Dr. Mallory. She reached out and was able to provide a note/letter for me and my job I really appreciate it. I'm still not going back but it's nothing towards her. Sometimes employees just don't represent the business or owner the way they should. I was going here for about 3 years and this year set up my annual and needed a letter or note for my job because of how bad my vision is I can't do certain task at work. I just needed to get my Dr write me something so I could give to them. The office called me one the day before my appointment and said they had to drop me as a patient cause I couldn't get a surgery I know I need for my eyes because like many even with decent insurance I cant afford a $2,000+ surgery right now even with a payment plan. I really did like this place and Dr Ali but feel it's pretty disgusting to do that to a "patient" but it is what it is I guess I'm not even mad just disappointed. If I could I would put negative stars for this situation
This was my very first visit to this eye doctor, and wow what an experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone in the office was genuinely kind, welcoming, and beyond helpful. The appointment itself was smooth, and the doctor was incredibly thorough truly made me feel taken care of. Their selection of glasses is fantastic, with plenty of stylish frames to choose from. I already told the team I’ll be back as soon as they get a few more styles in. Such a refreshing, top‑notch visit highly recommend!
I am so impressed by the outstanding care I received during my visit, Dr. Mallory Lynch and the entire team at Tech Ridge Vision are just great. I was able to easily book my appointment online. The visit itself was quick and painless. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and welcoming while getting me checked in. Leah did the first part of the visit, she did several tests to see how my eyes are working. She was excellent and explained each test and helped me appreciate all the technology, so that I could really understand what each step was for. After that Dr. Lynch was ready for me immediately and was able to quickly and easily examine my eyes in order to figure out why my vision has been fluctuating in and out of focus lately. Her explanations were clear and made sense. You can tell that she loves what she does. She is very professional, kind and humorous. After having such a positive experience here, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lynch’s office to anyone needing eye care. The service was wonderful, thank you so much!
Dr. Mallory Lynch was not nice or caring. There is a certain way to talk to patients who are coming in for help, and she scolds you as if you were a child. Cut me off mid sentence when I was trying to explain something. Would not recommend.
