We have been seeing Dr Wink for almost 30 years. The service is always wonderful. The staff and Dr. are knowledgeable about insurance benefits, they take the time to discuss how to best utilize benefits. They take the time to explain eye exam results and eye health. Always a pleasant experience!
The best optometrist I’ve been to. Dr Winkelstein is a heck of doctor. I’ve had issues with my eyes for quite a while and for all the eye docs Ive been to, none had been able to tell me exactly why my vision is as it it. Dr. Winkelstein clarified everything! And he’s a nice guy too! Thanks doc for the time you spent in arriving at your conclusions. You are much appreciated.
I bet you understand what I mean when I say how refreshing it is to speak with a health professional and they respond as a human being. So many in the health industry, maybe through no fault of their own but a natural effect of market forces, operate like a robot and you want to wave your hand in their face and say, 'Hey, I'm right here. Dr. Wink provided his usual thorough and informative annual exam. The office staff was friendly, and facilitated me utilizing my Medicare related Vision Insurance over my usual Dental/Vision PPO. As a longtime patient at this office, I am very satisfied with my vision care.
