Nancy was amazing! She was kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She was also incredibly sweet to my daughter, which meant a lot to us. Great customer service is hard to find, and Nancy went above and beyond. Nancy was great! She was so helpful and went above and beyond! She is great with kids and made my daughters laugh and feel comfortable. Came in just looking for a simple pair of readers and Nancy helped me out — she was fantastic. Super honest, straight to the point, and genuinely cared about helping me find what I needed, not just what would make the company more money. You can tell she comes from a private practice background — that kind of personal touch is rare these days. At one point, the manager, James, came over to “coach” her on using the iPad (even though she already had it handled 😄). She just smiled and kept it professional.
