Promenade Optemetry is fantastic! Dr U is very personable and knowledgeable. You can feel confident about your eye exam and results. The women working there are so sweet and helpful. I interacted with Kennedy and Payton. They will make you enjoy your visit and will help with the paperwork and picking out new frames. The selection of glasses is super too. I highly recommend!
We’ve been bringing our daughter to Promenade Optometry for years, and we absolutely love them. Every visit has been a great experience... from the front desk staff to the doctors themselves. Everyone is always friendly, patient, and professional, and they make my daughter feel comfortable every time. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Dan, Dr. Utnehmer, Carlos, and the entire staff. I have an extremely complicated prescription with very high astigmatism, and finding someone who can get both my contact lenses and glasses exactly right has always been nearly impossible. Dr. Dan went above and beyond to perfect my contact lens prescription. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and determined to get my vision just right. When I transitioned to progressive lenses, Dr. Utnehmer took the time to fine-tune my glasses until they were perfect. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure I could see comfortably was exceptional. Carlos, the lab technician, is an absolute wizard! His expertise and precision made a huge difference, and the entire staff was friendly, caring, and genuinely invested in getting the best possible outcome. If you have a high prescription, significant astigmatism, or have struggled to find an eye doctor who can truly nail both your contacts and glasses, this is the place to go. When I arrived they saw me right away. I only had to wait for a few minutes. The waiting area is comfortable though, if you do have to wait. They also sanitized the test equipment before they called me over to be tested.
Fun, easy experience! I tend to struggle with eye exams, and I explained my concerns to the doctor, who was extremely patient and friendly and understood that I needed clear instructions for the eye exam. The eye exam flew by and was very easy! The other employees there were very kind as well, and were ready to assist with any questions about picking lenses.
