My experiences with California Eye Professionals have always been very positive. Dr. Burns did my cataract surgeries, Dr. Alcala did my pre-surgery appointments, Dr. Chuang did my follow-up appointments, and Dr. McIntyre did my eye exam for new prescription glasses. They were all great, and so were all of the eye techs, insurance coordinator, and support staff--very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and patient.
Dr. Burns is so professional and knowledgeable and I wouldn't have anybody else do the cataract surgery with him he's wonderful. Takes a long time to get to see him for an appointment but that's understandable. Follow up after the surgery was fantastic. Highly recommend.
I am so blessed to be under the care of Dr. Michelle Alcala. She is a topnotch professional, and she continues to impress me with her caring attention to details. I also appreciate her ensuring that I understand everything she shares with me, and her instructions are precise, very helpful and clear. Again, I am very blessed to have my eyes being cared by her. The Dr's have always been great, but the staff is rude. Especially the optical department. They were extremely rude to the point my husband never wants us to go back. So now I'm searching for a new place after 12 years...
