I Just had an incredibly helpful experience working with Jordan.The assistant manager. He was extraordinarily professional, and kind. and I can truthfully say, I will be a customer for life now. Thank you for hiring such a intelligent and competent Employee. I truly couldn't have ask for customer service.

Service here is always superb! Brian was the one that helped us when we went in, I couldn’t decide on which one of my two choices and he was very helpful and not pushy at all. Spoke to us about the glasses and if he didn’t know he would ask his co-worker, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We left and returned much later but Brian had left for the day so Nicholas took over and was great also. We have been here many times and made purchases, everyone has been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I & my family highly recommend this store to everyone I know.

Kristina was a great help. I was looking for a specific style sunglasses and selhe showed me a new color I didnt see in them that I absolutely loved and purchased. Also she helped my husband with AI glasses, letting him demo, learn about them, changing out the lenses to see which pair he liked best. We bought both items from her

Loved the experience at Oakley Temecula store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very professional and not pushy. Ended up getting what I needed and plan to buy second pair later this year.

My boyfriend and I were checking out sunglasses and Hunter was assisting us. From the beginning, Hunter was recommending frames in different colors for my boyfriend and he even suggested a pair for myself. I wasn’t even planning on getting glasses! Lol We ended up walking out with 3 pairs of sunglasses! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Hunter did an excellent job and has fantastic customer service. When shopping at Oakley, ask for him!
