Dr. Steven Lobue has very good bedside manner. He greets you warmly, and always gives you time to ask questions. You always feel at ease with him. Staff in the office are all nice and pleasant. The process they have in place is quite efficient.

Very impressed with the efficiency of the staff. There was virtually no wait time. Every employee seemed competent in their position. All were cheerful. patient, attentive, thorough & kind. The office is clean & well organized. The young lady in the Optics Department was very helpful, personable, kind and knowledgeable.

The location was easy to find, the waiting room was spacious, the wait was not long. The staff was kind and proficient. The doctor was personable and explained everything, took his time to show me a model of exactly what was going on within my eyes. I would recommend Dr. LoBue to everyone.

I have been a patient for 4 years and I feel so comfortable with the office. The dictate just wonderful and so is the lady who helps pick out my glasses. I will have to say the ladies at the front desk were a little bit less friendly. I think they could be a little more friendly and welcoming. They are the first contact with the patients. Could make or break a practice.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this place—not once, but twice. A couple of years ago, I was never notified that my new glasses had arrived. After waiting over a month, I had to call them myself to find out they were ready. That alone was frustrating. Unfortunately, my recent visit was just as bad, if not worse. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM, but when I arrived, the office was closed. There was a sign stating they were closed from 2:30–3:30 for lunch, which was never communicated to me when the appointment was made. I completely understand lunch breaks, but appointments should be scheduled around that time—or at the very least, patients should be informed in advance. When they finally opened, the experience didn’t improve. There were three staff members present, and not one of them greeted me, acknowledged me, or even made eye contact. I stood at the counter while they continued their tasks as if I wasn’t there. I eventually sat down to give them a moment, but still—nothing. No welcome, no communication, no professionalism. After being completely ignored, I chose to leave. This level of rudeness and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend wasting your time here.
