Tried calling to speak to someone about getting eye exam and purchasing lenses...called 3x was left on hold each time and when they came online all they could say was that it was super busy, no apologies not even" I can help u now" just we r really busy , on a Friday at 3pm. I don't think they want business. I went elsewhere.

Laura could not have been more helpful! I needed a repair on a nose pad and she immediately knew what tool to use and was able to fix the nose pad without having to replace it. I had been to three other optometrist offices and they all claimed they couldn’t help me. I am so pleased with Walmart’s customer service that I’m buying my next pair of glasses there!

Feb 2023: I CAN SEE... Got my exam and glasses done within a week. Very helpful to what I needed and got me the best deal possible. Definitely my go-to place for glasses from now on. Feb 2024: Got my exam next door at Nvision. Shopped for glasses at the Vision Center... All within 1 hour... 2025 Keep up the good work

Dante was such a huge help for my husband and I, he made us feel welcomed and helped us pick out the perfect frames for us that worked with our budget! The service was fast and easy. I recommended going to him for any questions! :)

I recently was in need of a warranty replacement for a pair of glasses that I purchased here. The glasses had been discontinued and they did not carry them any longer. Laura was helping me and she went above and beyond to help me. She tracked down a pair and was able to replace them. I really appreciate Laura’s help with this issue as well as the professionalism of all the staff at this location. I definitely would recommend getting your vision needs taken care of here.
