If you need an eye exam, you’re better off paying out of pocket somewhere else. Both of my experiences with this place have left me in tears. They’re impossible to get ahold of, and so rude, condescending, and unhelpful when you finally do…. In my first visit they put numbing drops in my eyes without any heads up of the effects or how long it would last and then were completely uncaring and unhelpful when my eyes had a bad reaction and I was upset and unable to even see my phone to figure out how to get home. That + my experience trying to book a second appointment was so bad I’ve decided I’d rather pay out of pocket elsewhere than use my insurance here.

If I could give zero stars I would. That lack of professionalism and rudeness my partner experienced is ridiculous. Manager Laurie and secretary Victoria displayed a horrendous performance and were completely disrespectful to my partner who happened to be of color in which she experienced belittling, bullying, and intimidation which is unacceptable. Due to lack of communication within the department, my partner was cornered in front of a packed office over a copay she was more than willing to pay at the end of her appointment in which the questioned her loudly and rudely as if she had no intention of paying at all. It could’ve been handled more professionally but instead chose to embarrass her in front of other patients. I will be escalating further.
This place is scary. Especially for seniors. If you care about your loved ones and your family please stay away. It’s not the customer service. Front desk is okay. It’s the doctors. That’s all I’ll say. Moving forward with legal so I can say to much. But stay away.
The Staff was great. I was told my glasses would be ready in two weeks. It's now been 3weeks. I called 4 different times to see if my glasses were ready. I haven't received a call or any information about it yet. I would like my money back & my prescription to take else where
Sister at the front desk is so pleasant, professional & moves quick. After a serious injury to my eye, I was treated by Dr. Zhang & his staff, they took amazing care of me, putting me at ease with a plan of action to treat my eye in the short & long term. It was a lot of visits, but they made sure to get me on the calendar. If you are having issues with your eye, see Dr. Zhang, he's straight to the point but very skilled & knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a better team, honorable mention goes to resident Brittany.
