I don't do a lot of reviews...but in the last two weeks I've done a couple because when a team or an individual goes way above the strict call of duty, it raises the whole game. Dr. Proctor's team did just that...making calls and engaging in patient advocacy above and beyond what pass as the "regular parameters" these days. Kudos all around, but a special hat tip to Jessica. Way to go.

My cataract surgery was done in Gottlieb hospital. At my pre surgery appointment I was given thorough instructions and time for my husband and I to ask any and all questions. Before surgery I was given light sedation through an IV, my left eye was thoroughly numbed with eyedrops and the 15 minute surgery was 100% pain free. I am now 4 days post op and have not had pain other than a couple of headaches that Tylenol took care off. All in all everything went perfect and my eyesight in that eye is dramatically improved. Im looking forward to having the right eye surgery done very soon.

My husband and I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Brian Proctor and his entire team. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Dr. Proctor takes the time to explain everything clearly, and the staff ensures each visit is smooth and comfortable. We always leave confident in the care we receive. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my dad to this doctors office for about 8 years and there has never been a disappointing experience. The doctors recommendations have made his vision better and I don’t mean just giving him a prescription ( my dad does not need glasses ). In addition there were some insurance and scheduling hurdles on our end and the administrative staff was knowledgeable and kind. I definitely recommend these doctors.

I received excellent care, and the staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. I want to highlight one individual who went above and beyond for me. As a walker user, I was struggling to enter the building because the automatic door button was broken. A young woman immediately ran over to help, holding both doors for me.After we parted ways, she realized I was heading toward the old entrance and guided me toward the correct, new entrance. Even though it was before 9 a.m. and the office was dark, she returned at 9:00 sharp to welcome me, ensuring I knew I was in the right place.I later learned she was Mrs. Proctor, the office administrator and Dr. Proctor’s wife. I told her that because of people like her, humanity still has a chance. Having had successful cataract surgery with Dr. Proctor a few years ago, I only have good things to say about this practice.
