Tennessee Eye Care - Harriman

Guess you need an appointment to look at frames. The "welcome" I received was more like I was interrupting her day. Looked at frames while the lady was assisting another customer. She called for assistance when two other customers walked in and they were catered to immediately. After 20 minutes, I walked out the door. Not even a "sorry for the wait, can I help you?" they acted as though I didn't exist. Off to Stanton Optical instead. My limited free time is important to me.

Dr Perry is my choice! I came new from out of state, with ongoing glaucoma not under control, allergies & other eye issues. Got me in, got med., got on a good system for my eyes! The only problem I have experienced is scheduling. I get to help others, by taking them to appointments here and other places. Everyone I have referred are happy with Eye Dr. but, the consensus are the same.... scheduling -1 appointment should not be required a 5hr appt. Yes this includes driving time.

Kailey was very helpful in fixing my frames after the Walmart eye center had messed them up. She was sweet and made sure they fit the way I needed them to. I would highly recommend.

Went in one morning at 8:30 am with an eye problem. They immediately took me back, found out that I was hemorrhaging into my eye from a retinal tear; they again...immediately had me set up to go to an eye surgeon in Lenoir City; they expedited my care so well and as far as a retinal tear goes...it was a great experience:)

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so nice and professional and they do their jobs more than they're supposed to even the optometrist I really mean it thank you to all of you for correcting my eyes the correct way once again thank you all
