2:45p appointment time to establish myself as a new patient. They asked for me to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork. I arrived at 2:30p, completed my paperwork by 2:40p. At 3:40p, I went to the receptionist and told her I was leaving. She insisted they had my chart in back, went back, then 1 minute later I was called back by the rudest assistant. She stated I needed 2 appointment (one for dilation) to which I stated I didn't want and she stated I would need to discuss with my doctor? My doctor didn't refer me...and I just wanted a routine eye exam. I walked out. Avoid...unless you like waiting around, and being talked down to.

Apparently my sons appointment was written down wrong twice. Even though I had written down and programmed on my phone each time while on the phone with the schedulers. Please someone learn how to do a simple job. My son has been going without because they cant get their shit together.
I go in there to get contacts and the lady says it’s been a year so you have to a new eye exam. I’m a busy CEO I don’t have time to be running all over town, I just want my contacts. So then, when I get upset, she looks at me with this startled face and acts surprised that i would be upset. This woman has no clue what I had to do just to get a free hour to drive over there. Then I ask, when’s the next available appointment and she tells me that it’s not for over a month away. This is completely unacceptable. In what world do these people think it’s OK for someone to wait over a month for an exam? They would have to see every single person in town. Personally, I think she did it on purpose. These people live in some kind of a fantasy world. They’ve completely lost touch with reality dealing with so many people. I’m looking for another doctor
They are kind professional knowledgeable about the eye center . Love going there for my checkups
I have been going to this group (some have retired) since I was 5 years old. I have always had a good experience with them. Two things that sets most businesses apart are the service and the staff. I have had over the top service and the staff is top notch as well. I want to thank Courtney for her help in picking out the right glasses for me. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that they fit well. It is refreshing to see young people that love what they do and are good at it.
