Really enjoyed going to this practice. It was very refreshing to be told everything about my eyes. The optometrist went over that my eyes were very healthy and that I barely had stigmatism Forming. I also found out the difference between high and low and contacts for readers. Very informational very informative staff ! Very con staff very courteous and prompt service. Just excited to finally visit a real optometrist and staff!

The office staff is absolutely amazing. The doctor made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend the Wartburg office. No traffic no hassle. Thanks to the entire staff...
The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They went out of their way to take care of me. Excellent experience.
As a low income veteran, it seems like they should be a little more accommodating. Just wanted to check my glasses that I purchased online and see if they matched my prescription that I got from the VA. They simply said no and that I would have to pay $120 for a new exam. It's a 3 hour drive, one way to the VA eye center. I know the Dr. here, and she is good, but the office is terrible.
