Terry is the kindest one of all. Been going here for the past 10 years. I will finish my review once I actually receive my high index ultra thin lenses. I will also explain about the rude, crude, disrespectful staff that I have dealt with. Even though it's been over 17 days still waiting. I
Dr. Moehnke is wonderful. HOWEVER, Shannon, the "office manager" is the furthest THING from professional. I simply called to ask if they took my insurance and when she said no, I asked why. She laughed, said "because they are awful". When I told her that several other optometrists in the area take it (I called just 4 today) she said "Then why don't you go to them then!" screaming at me. She was still screaming (not a raised voice, literally screaming, when I hung up. I will not be treated in that manner. Shannon - you need to work on your tone, manner, professionalism and just overall personality. Good luck in life.
They messed up my prescription so bad it gives me constant headaches and when i spoke to someone about it they got rude and defensive. Do not go here if you value your eyes. (Edit) i will not be returning for anything because once i brought this up i was met with an extremely rude woman. I will not be returning because there is no reason i should be getting yelled at for simply bringing up a problem. I also dont appreciate the harassment after i already asked you not to call me ever again.
I love Terry's sense of humor. He is very community minded. Yhank uou for all you do.
Doctor moehnke is the only eye doctor I trust. I've been going to him for 43 yrs and always been treated with respect
