Test Rite Opticians

I'm writing to share my experience with Test Rite Opticians in Morristown. When I came in with a complicated request that included changing an original prescription, the woman who helped me was extremely welcoming and appeared intent on making sure that I was aware of every option on every pair of glasses I was ordering. I also felt that when it comes to aesthetics, she was giving me her honest opinion. That was reinforced by her colleague, who appeared to in charge of the store and there to facilitate the customer's positive experience. I also appreciated the way that they encouraged discussing a price range and the many options available. All in all, a very positive experience.

Very happy. Dr. Patel was a true professional and performed a thorough eye exam! She was genuinely concerned with the health of my eyes/vision and I did not feel rushed. Thank you Dr Patel, and to the staff (Gabriella?) for your help finding glasses. Can’t wait to pick them up!

The best experience! Professional, timely and super friendly & knowledgeable staff. I own a business in town and love to stay local as much as possible, however, if they moved I would travel the distance. They are the best and I can’t wait to get my new Dior glasses (2 pairs because I loved them both)!

I have never had such a great experience as I have with Test Rite Opticians. It began with Dr. Dana Pollack who did the best thorough exam I have ever had with an opthamologist. She overcame all my fears of opthamologist and I did not experience the terrible feeling of the outdoor lighting. Afterwards I started looking for a new frame and Jennifer was so helpful in making the selection of a light metal frame from France When I went to pick up my glasses no adjustments were needed. I just love this place and would definitely recommend this place to friends and anyone needing a knowledgeable and friendly service.
