Dr. Roller is a great doctor! He’s very kind and knowledgeable with great bedside manners. He was able to see me the next day after I saw my ophthalmologist. He was very thorough and explained everything. I highly recommend him. His office staff were very friendly too!

I would give them even more stars if I could. From the first contact on the phone to make the appointment all the way through until I walked out the door, I was treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Djafari explained everything to me about my situation. I never felt rushed. He did an excellent job in calming my fears. The treatment he did went smoothly. His staff was so nice and did their job in a professional manner. Glad I found this group.

I am shocked at the way our appointment went today. Dr. Djafari was not friendly at all, he has zero bedside manner. He took about 2 minutes total with us and didn’t explain anything. My mom has macular degeneration and is very worried about her eye sight. He told us to come back in a year. He had no compassion. Very disappointed. The office staff was great and very friendly.

I went in to my optometrist, 2 weeks before Christmas, due to a sudden loss of vision in my left eye. He referred me to Dr. Roller who squeezed me in within an hour after my optometrist called him. Upon arrival at Dr Roller's office I was asked to fill out the standard new patient forms, but from a tablet, which I found a far better experience than the normal clipboard and paper. His offices, this visit and all subsequent post-op visits, were always clean and bottled water was always available. His staff were always friendly and professional. Dr. Roller determined I had a detached retina and scheduled surgery 2 days later. He explained the surgery and its risks and answered all my questions leaving me feeling at ease with the upcoming surgery. The surgery went well and Dr. Roller and staff always took their time during the post-op examination appointments. I am very happy with the restoration of my vision and the overall experience with Dr Roller and his staff.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I had my first appt in Aug 2022, had my procedure done in Sept 2022. Made a payment plan with this place to pay my bill with them and made my first payment with my Flex spending card from my employment. Requested for them to deduct from my card every month for the year, that's how long my payment plan was for. The total $543.00 is what was given to me from them the office staff it is even on my paperwork. Now that I am coming up to the 12 month payment they are harassing me for an additional $270.01 that my insurance didn't cover. Okay I'm sorry, you had a whole year to tell me that my balance due was not correct, my number has been the same for the past 15 years. I have never received a call or email that the amount was not correct. This should have been brought to my ATTENTION within the first 3 months. The claim date from my insurance is AUG 2022 and SEPT 2022. The ladies in this office DO NOT KNOW how to operate medical insurance. Do not go here unless you want a surprise bill when your about to be done with the first one they gave you. I will be contacting my insurance and the higher up for this place.
