I had to make an exam appointment quickly and I was way overdue. I chose this place because they accepted my insurance and they were close to work so I could get in nd out quickly during my lunch break. They got me in the next day and everyone was so friendly and really offer wonderful customer service! From the team that answers the calls, Perla who checked me in was super sweet and friendly, the doctor that performed my eye exam explained everything thoroughly and Vicky who helped me with the ordering of my contacts was very nice as well. I will be back to order my glasses with her. They were all super pleasant I will continue to come here and refer them to my family and friends! Thank you, all!
TSO might run a little higher on the price side, but you definitely get what you pay for. Their team (in particularly Ms. Rebecca and Ms. Morgan), they operates like true professionals—thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized and efficient. They explained what I needed without any pressure tactics, and the quality of their work backed it all up. If you want a place where you can trust the service and know the job is being done right, TSO delivers. The cost is a bit more than some competitors, but the peace of mind and expertise make it worth it.
Vicky was awesome—super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Dr. Molina was very understanding and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and working with me to get the best prescription. Highly recommend this office for great service and care!
