First time visiting this location and I was impressed at the very kind and helpful staff. They took the time to make sure my exams were thorough and precise. When choosing my frames I got a lot of feedback and honest about which styles fit my face better. Dr. Chacko was accommodating and easy to speak to, his suggestions were looking out for my best interest. Looking forward to receiving my new frames soon.
New patient. We were seen immediately after walking in. So impressed with the Dr. He is friendly and welcoming! Made the eye exam fun for my daughter and spoke with me a ton. Explained everything very clearly and nailed our prescriptions! My daughter and I were floored at the accuracy of the lenses he chose for us! 10/10 recommend!!
My wife and I came for our annual visit and were very impressed. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Dr. Chacko is very knowledgeable and personable. He was very thorough and explained things well. We did not feel rushed during our exam or clinic visit. Thank you TSO Eagle Ranch. We’ll be back next year.
This is the best eye check up I have ever had. The doctor was so thorough and very professional. The equipment are very modern. The office manager was phenomenal, she makes me feel so welcome. I’m glad I found this place. I will be a returning customer and will recommend friends and family to come here for their eye check up.
