If I could give 10 Stars I wouldn't hesitate. I've been with TSO Galveston for a number of years and Dr. Brownlee goes above and beyond to ensure you and your eye health is on the best path. You can rest assured you are in the best hands possible; I know I am because I need to pass a very in-depth eye exam for the FAA for my profession annually. After nearly failing one year, Dr Brownlee was referred to me, and every exam since has been a breeze. The TSO Galveston has become part of my extended family and I recommend them as above and beyond for anyone needing vision care!

Dr. Brownlee is extremely patient, thorough, and compassionate. The staff is super friendly and accommodating as well.

Very shady people rude receptionist, if you're not happy find another job simple. The are shady because the prices they charge do not make any sense. they charged me 220 for a contacted exam with insurance and wanted 440 to change out some lenses. So, I went to am other place they quoted the same without insurance. This means they did not even try to add my insurance a charged me the flat rate. Go to Sams or Costco.

I faithfully used this franchise location for years. I consistently purchased the most expensive lenses they offer. I never wore them longer than a year before a replacement was required due to scratched lenses. I decided to go to a different Eyewear store. I had the same prescription made and the lenses are now three years old with no scratches an they were less expensive! TSO IS A RIPOFF! STAY AWAY!

Always a lovely experience here. Everyone is very nice. The exam is thorough and quick. I'm looking forward to my new pair of glasses.
