We have been going for several years now. We are pleased with the whole experience. The staff is very helpful. The doctor is skilled and knowledgeable. The price for glasses is much better than other places and there are many to choose from. Would highly recommend this office!
We were in town from Fort Worth for a family celebration when my wife woke up with a painful, inflamed eye that was extremely sensitive to light. After realizing she needed to be seen as soon as possible, we called Texas State Optical Texas City and explained that we were from out of town. Without hesitation, they worked us into their schedule between appointments. From the moment we walked in, every member of the staff was kind, compassionate, and incredibly efficient. The doctor quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what was going on, and even recommended a nearby pharmacy they knew would have the medication she needed in stock. What could have easily put a damper on a very special weekend with our family turned into a quick, seamless experience that got my wife feeling better and back to enjoying time with everyone. We are so grateful for the exceptional care we received. If you’re looking for an optometrist in the Texas City/Galveston area, I can’t recommend Texas State Optical Texas City highly enough. Thank you for taking such great care of us when we needed it most!
The entire team at TSO Lumberton is top-notch! Whether we’re there for an appointment or calling to check on something, everyone is always friendly, helpful, and caring. We’ve also seen the same familiar staff members since we started coming, which speaks volumes about the practice. My son has a rare eye condition, and Dr. Shawn has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout all of our visits. We highly recommend TSO Lumberton to anyone in Southeast Texas!
I went for my annual exam this morning. Doctor Zavala is awesome! He listens attentively and answers all your questions! The staff there is always so courteous and efficient. Highly highly recommend.
Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Zavala is an excellent eye Dr. He explained the tests done on my eyes and was very thorough with my eye exam. I highly recommend him and his staff at TSO.
