Zero stars would be most accurate! The staff is rude and they are not held accountable. They will tell you one thing, do another, and then lie to cover their tracks. They do not care about your health or the stress they cause you for having incapable staff. You are just another number to them and they charge you for sending a simple mychart message in which they likely won’t respond to for several weeks. I would stay far away and find a different facility.

Excellent urgent care. Grateful they were open, efficient, and provide quality care. The facility is clean and well kept.
I've been coming here since there was just that one "founders building" on Colby Ave. Look I have had the best doctors and the worst doctors. From being diagnosed with the flu which I knew was wrong & 2 days later airlifted to downtown Seattle & told I might not live. I never saw that doctor again. Look I've seen it all & this place is average overall. Some doctors are better some are worse, some staff go out of their way & others don't. A lot of that comes from losing a lot of staff from the COVID era & being bought out by Optum which is owned by United Healthcare so don't expect great service. There is a reason their CEO ended up meeting his creator & trust me United Healthcare is denying me life saving medicines because they raised the deductible from $100 to $1,650 on one & another new prescription is $275/mo & I can't afford it so United Healthcare now has sentenced me to die because I'm retired now & low income, & I'm gonna die anyways right? What's a few less years of life? At least I know I have done my part to keep UH the richest medical corporation on our planet by giving up my life for their corporate well being. Oh well.
Ive never had any issues with the staff here which I love. The doctor who I started seeing in late 2019 from this location has been very kind and very invested in my health and well-being. I also have to get blood work done once every few months and the lady who worked with me today, Van, 100/10! No exaggeration! Of all blood work ive done throughout all my years of life... it was literally the most painless! I didn't feel the needle coming in nor out! Thats some skill if ive ever seen any!
I really enjoy my care team. They are the best. They are very informative, knowledgeable, and caring. Wouldn't trade my Dr's for the world
