The Dr was Very nice, The Tech was very nice, The thing I Didn’t Like was that they charge a $67 Refractory Test, and the paperwork states “Most Insurance Companies Don’t Cover it, so you’ll need to pay the $67 upfront and let your Insurance Company Reimburse You.” I had No idea what this test was for but YES, My Insurance Does Cover it. After The Dr finished my Eye Exam, and cleared my vision for The DMV, I asked him about a prescription for Contacts, as My Insurance Company Covers them as well as Frames Over $100. He said “That’s what the Refractory Test was for” 😡 I said, ok, Where’s the Frames and They didn’t even have 1 or of frames! My Uncle I Loved Very Much was an Optometrist and This Dr wasn’t 1/100th The Dr that My Uncle was. How Can you be an Optometrist and Not Have Any Frames? How can you try to squeeze Another $67 out of Every Customer? Extremely Unprofessional!
