My mom was recommended The Eye Center when looking for a new doctor for a matter pertaining to her eyes. She was very happy with the ability to get an appointment and how welcoming they were for her. The waiting room is filled with photos of Dolphin's players... they must be the go to for the team. Beginning with check in to check out the staff was helpful and nice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been a patient of Dr. Stephanie Davis for many years, and she has consistently provided outstanding care. Every visit has been a great experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. I completely trust her with my eye care. The entire staff at the Eye Center of Pembroke Pines is just as exceptional. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, professional, and efficient, making each visit smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Stephanie and the entire team at the Eye Center of Pembroke Pines to anyone looking for outstanding, compassionate eye care. After many years as a patient, I can confidently say they truly deserve every one of these five stars!
I had a great experience at The Eye Center. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They use the latest technology and equipment to thoroughly assess and evaluate your eye health, which made me feel confident in the quality of care I received. The optometrists take the time to listen to concerns, explain findings clearly, and ensure each patient receives personalized attention. I never felt rushed during my visit. Overall, excellent service and a highly professional team. I would definitely recommend The Eye Center to anyone looking for comprehensive and attentive eye care.
Sandra made our day! My husband came in February for his annual eye exam but didn’t get his usual eyeglass done because the cost was way too overpriced than usual as we had VSP. I made sure he came with me as I was scheduled for my annual exam and I needed new glasses. He was ready to take me with him to Costco for our prescription glasses but it was great that Sandra took care of our needs and used our VSP plan for both of us and not the discounted program for him. He was pleased and I was relieved. I also wanted to give a shout out to Nikki. She was the optometric tech that took me in. She’s very good at what she does and she’s very compassionate. I enjoyed talking to her. I left the office feeling good and topped all that after my most awaited visit with Dr. Nanasy. It was a beautiful morning!
Been going here for over 10 years and always had great experiences with the staff before until recently. Michelle is one of the rudest staff members I have ever met at any establishment in my life. I reordered a pair of glasses that I had ordered prior before from the office and loved them so much that l wanted to reorder the same pair. The initial process went smoothly but when I received the glasses, they were a different pair than what I currently have, which of course is naturally frustrating for any patient after spending 300 on just the frame. When calling back to report that they were different Michelle tried to convince us that there was no difference as if we were delusional. She met with hostility arguing back and forth and even hung up the phone because we were "yelling" at her. We as customers were upset ...rightfully so, just as anyone including Michelle would be upset with a company after spending 300 dollars on a product that was not what they expected/incorrectly just to have the company tell them the product is correct when you as a customer know it’s not . I worked customer service over the phone for 5 years and have encountered the most irate customers who have yelled and cursed (we did not curse) and I have never hung up in any of their faces because this is a professional job, not the streets. She not only needs training for customer service but a check on how she speaks to people generally . The eye center should not have anyone hired that takes interactions personally and attacks back rather than professionally and trying to solve an issue. Jared (the optical manager) gave us a call back after Michelle’s rude interaction and told us we could return for a refund to solve the issue but when I explained to him my experience from Michelle his response was just “thanks for the feedback” ….no apology or anything. I am not sure if they are friends and this is the reason but regardless her horrible and unprofessional behavior should be addressed. When coming in to address the concern and return the glasses Michelle was even more aggressive , waving her hands around , suggesting we “back up from her” and reiterating that she hangs up on people if they’re upset. This behavior is unacceptable as I also work in the medical field and would never interact with a patient as such because then I would most likely be fired. The eye center needs to correct this behavior because they just lost a patient of almost 15 years because of the behavior from Michelle. I will be contacting the administrator of the office to peruse this further as this is no way for an employee to represent the company. New patients beware !!!
