My experience with this eye clinic was very positive. Went in for progressives and computer glasses. Dr Huynh went ABOVE AND BEYOND what most eye specialists would do in my opinion. Even though she KNEW I was getting my glasses from an online source and not from their office she still gave me the respect and attention that I deserved. They will continue to get my business for the foreseeable future. Thank you Dr H!
Excellent experience at The Eye Center. Dr. Muller provides outstanding care and takes the time to address concerns. They are very efficient and can get you in quickly for problem visits, which is greatly appreciated. The eyeglass center has a wide selection of frames, and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and open to suggestions for brands and styles. Highly recommend The Eye Center for both eye care and eyewear.
Ive been going here for a few years only to stay consistent with the same eye dr and ease of location from where I work but i think this will be the last time. Dr is nice once she finally gets to you but every time i sit in the room for 10-20 mins. I'm on time why cant the Dr be? A basic yearly eye exam should not take 2+ hrs. Also they did not have any trial lenses for me to try so i lost out on a "free" month of contacts which you always get with your appointments. Final straw was with the Optical dept though, wont go into details but not accommodating at all and almost a bit condescending.
I recently purchased a pair of glasses from the optical center. The staff was very helpful and made sure my order was correct and the glasses fit properly. They have a good selection to choose from and offered a good warranty.
Another office with a terrible phone system and a refusal to return calls even if I leave 2 voicemails. They called me & left a VM 3 days ago that my glasses were in & I can ONLY PICK UP ON TUES OR THURS 8-5 AND I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I called back & left a VM that I would be here Thurs at 8am. No return call. I've called 3 more times and left a 2nd message. No return call. No one ever answers the phone. I show up at 800am and the door hours posted says open at 8am. Google maps says open 8am. Nope. Terrible customer service. Yet another terrible unmonitored phone system. There is always at least 2 ppl working at the front counter sometimes 3. Maybe, Just maybe, have 1 of them answer the phone and help the company out, eh? I will never do business with them again. I will have a warranty on my glasses, when it's up so am I. Never again. If not for my warranty I'd never break the plane of their door again. Why should I give my hard earned $450 PLUS INSURANCE to a company that doesn't have the respect to return my call or at least answer the damn phone?
