i deadass gotta give this place 5 stars because everybody in here deserves it. from the second you walk in, the energy is just different. every single person i’ve talked to has been so nice, welcoming, and actually cares about helping people instead of just trying to get you in and out. the front desk ladies are seriously some of the sweetest people ever. they’re always smiling, patient, and willing to answer any questions without making you feel rushed or like you’re bothering them. honestly, not just the front desk, but every lady and every person that works here has been amazing. you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do because of how they treat everyone that walks through the door. they make sure you understand everything, help you find what you need, and don’t stop until you’re comfortable and happy with everything. i’ve never felt ignored or like just another customer. they make the whole experience easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable, which is rare nowadays. i really appreciate how respectful, professional, and caring everyone is. you can tell they put their patients first and want the best for them. it’s hard to find places with customer service this good anymore, but this place definitely has it. thank you to everyone here for always being so kind and making every visit a good one. i would 100% recommend this place to anybody looking for a place that actually treats people with kindness and respect.

My daughter and I been coming here for years for glasses and contacts but ever since this place changed names or merged into “My Eye Doctor” from The Eye Center they have been so confused and unorganized they have different people working that counter all the time that don’t know what they are doing. My 16 year old daughter was charged 100 some dollar exam fee that I know for a fact was covered by insurance but they argued with me that it wasn’t. We paid it anyway and then a few months later she was sent a return check from them because she was mistakenly charged . Every time I ask them what our copay is it’s always something different. I ask and annoyingly wait for them to tell me something different than what they told me the day before, I just laugh at them. None of them new ladies know anything about what they’re doing behind that counter. I can’t help but laugh at them. I got a call from them the other day and they said I had a 170 dollar quote for my daughters contacts, and if I didn’t pay it they were going to delete it out of the system. Which is wrong her contacts are only 70 . I go in there to pay it the same day and the young lady says she can’t find anything in the system with her insurance or anything , gave her the insurance card and she still couldn’t do her job , she said she will have to call the insurance company and proceeds to take my payment method and makes a copy of it and keeps it for her records and says she will call me back when she figures everything out. Well a few days went by and they never called me back. Now that I think of it I should never have let her make a copy of my credit card. For what? Nothing was paid. She shouldn’t need a copy of my payment method. This is the last time I deal with this company. Dr. Alajandro is great. But all of them young ladies that are working there are so unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. They charged me ridiculous prices on things that I know are covered by my insurance. After my daughter gets her contacts we are never going here again. They make me so sick. Hate dealing with them. So ashame!!!!!! Dr. Alejandro is a good doctor we are going to miss him but with our experiences ever since they changed to “my eye doctor” has been so terrible I don’t get how they are still open. I promised myself to never go in there again.

I have been going to the eye center for over 20 years. I never had a problem!!! NOW with this new My eye doctor ,nothing but problems. They changed my prescription, and I couldn't read the road signs. I had much better vision with my older glasses. I went through the normal protocols of adjustment time, readjusting the glasses two times. Then the eye doctor recheck my prescription and said it was good. I still couldn't see properly. They remade my lenses after discovering my progressives were not lined up properly. Then after an adjustment time(again) I still couldn't see the road signs. I had to seek out another eye doctor to give me a second opinion. I returned the glasses for a refund. Unfortunately , I had to move on to a new eye doctor. It seems like half of the staff isn't very welcoming or very friendly anymore. I am having fantastic results with my new glasses from a different doctor. 😎

We had an issue with my husbands glasses and they were great with helping us to replace them . The manager and other female worker were very friendly and helpful in finding the frames that worked for him. I would recommend this practice for your eye glasses needs .

I had an emergency, and they were able to get me in the same day. The entire staff were very friendly and professional. I'd like to give a shout out to Elaina!!! All around excellent experience. Will definitely be returning.
